Dear old friend
Very many thanks for the beautiful grapes which came yesterday. We are exceedingly fond of fruit and I am enjoying this bountious supply to the uttermost. It is fine to be remembered by old friends. I have been wondering if you were home again from your summers outing

and hope you will find time to drop in upon us in some of your trips to the city, and should be much pleased to see Mrs. Muir also. Come at lunch time or any time - Always a welcome for you and yours — Dr. Wilson is up every day and can move about the house by shoving a chair to steady his tottering steps. We are thankful to be as well as we are. Kindest of regards to your family
Sincerely yours Emily D Wilson
