My dear Miss Delaney
Many thanks for the big package of your Sierra photographs They are all interesting to me & telling & artistic, fine studies for artists, The Hetch Hetchy picture is perfectly charming far the best I have ever seen from that valley. I mean to frame it & place it where it will be a perpetual feast. We all remember your visit with great pleasure & hope to see you here again ere long. Our friend Gannett gave us a two days visit greatly enjoyed. With this goes my first little book. Ever faithfully yours
