David & Sarah have settled permanently in Pacific Grove. Sarah is with her daughter Ann & David has built a house there He was tired of farming & is enjoying life by the sea, fishing & going to church, etc.Maggie is about as usual The earthquake did not frighten her in the least though the house was severely shaken. She is now living in our house Wanda & Helen are in Arizona, I came home a week ago to look after things but will return soon.Remember me to the Hays. Jane Mather Susan Gilroy & friends in general.
