With minor differences, this article is essentially the same as no. 318. The California Branch of the Society for the Preservation of National Park issued a number of informational circulars to promote opposition to the Hetch Hetchy dam legislation, as indicated in no. 318 and 319 published in Circular Number Seven, which appears to be part of a series. It is unclear which was issued first however, from the text we are assuming that Circular Number Seven was issued later or perhaps last.
