From preparatory notes:
"Premise:
An official and documented history of UOP, updating the work of Dr. Rockwell Dennis Hunt, must be written--this to include, as did Dr. Hunt's, and[sic] actual day to day (loosely speaking) of the academic, financial, physical, and governing operations of the University since 1951, backtracking somewhat to 1946 to identify the changes made during 1946-51 early Burns years. This should not be and[sic] emotional or partisan work but a researched chronologically arranged body of material.
