I am a broadly trained biologist with a strong interest in redox physiology. I have participated in research projects investigating the role of redox biology in adaptation and disease in a variety of systems, from lung cells to invertebrates, rodent models of diabetes, hypertension and acute lung injury, and seals. I also have experience teaching and mentoring students. My research contributions include over 25 peer-reviewed research articles and one co-edited book.
