Abstract/Artist Statement
Life satisfaction is an important parameter to measure people's life quality. According to the literature, life satisfaction is related to health, wealth and education. This research studies what determines life satisfaction. Through Our World in Data, the life satisfaction index of many countries in the world is explained by considering mental and substance use disorders, GDP per capita and literacy rates. Preliminary regression analysis using analytics software SAS, suggests that these independent variables and life satisfaction are related. Understanding the satisfaction of human life is conducive to providing more targeted suggestions for the future progress of human society.
