Abstract
A surprising dip in Written Communication and Critical Thinking assessment results at the University of the Pacific led us to a more nuanced analysis of our data. The resulting assessment journey revealed institutional gaps and opportunities, and refocused our mission to prioritize equity-minded assessment at the University of the Pacific.
