Zales for rent of Ranch on North side of County road and East of road that leads to Vallejo Junction. $105.00 the balance $25.00 he paid to you. To Matoza [?] for rent of ranch on North side of County road & west of road that leads to Vallejo Junction $100.00 the balance $70.00 is to be paid by May 1st 03. Which they claim that you agreed to.
