Valona Jan 16th 01 Mr. John Muir Dear Sir, Enclose please find insurance Policy to Jan 4th 02. As I suppose that you wanted me to keep it insured. And also the receipt from Mr. Snyder for those two shares which he held in the Hall [?] he claims that he lost the receipt, so I made him give me a writing that he transferred those two shares to you. And also send you the receipts to show that the piano in the Hall is paid for. I will send you a statement & a Ck. for what money I have in a few days. Respectfully yours Francis George
