I have taken your advice and got married, and I am now Mrs. [Edgers] of [Soulsbyville]. Sorry I could not send you anything else for Christmas, but we are clear out of siviliseation up here and I could not finde any thing available, so you will please except these simple tokens it was all I could think of, they are all home made.
