[1][letterhead]My dear Mr Muir-This evening I finished reading to Adaline your delightful story of "Stickeen", & then after tucking Adaline in bed I stopped in Elizabeth's room, interrupting her studies, and had to tell the story to her as she had heard the beginning this morning & was eager to know the rest. I can imagine how many04500 [3]to me. [illegible] Kent has been down in Mexico enjoying the wilderness & getting a thorough rest & refreshment.
