Valona Jan 4th 1909 Mr. John Muir Dear Sir Your letter of the 1st received & noted. Mr Ongwarshi has his deed. But do not know is Mr. Weitlauff has his, but will make inquiry and let you know. I do not know of any other but will have two (2) more after receiving a reply to the following. May sell a lot in Ongwarshi block on Port sh. Corner of Ceres Sr. Marked $400.00 for $350.00 cash. I offered it for $375.00 if I am allowed to sell for $350.00. I will try and get the $375.00 if possible. Yours Truly Francis George
