Daggett, Cal. May 26 - 08Dear Papa -We are all well and cheerful here. Wanda had a good horseback ride yesterday and is feeling better - is gaining right along. She dont like the warmth that I glory in, nor many conditions of the desert - she never would make a desert girl, but it is doing her good & we are having such a good visit. The wind is lively today but very warm so I am happy.I look for a letter from you on 8.Lovingly yoursHelen04203
