Dear Wanda:
I'm delighted to hear through Helen & Tom that you enjoying the desert & growing strong Stay as long as you can or until quite well, for body troubles neglected now may bring on life-long invalidism
Get merry like Helen & revel carefree in hearty revival of genuine girl-giggle.
All goes well as far as I can see on your confounded ranches except Tom who seems solemny & at times goes to bed about sundown.
Tell Helen I sent her $100 in two Wells Fargo money orders. She should not cash them until she needs the money for if lost they can be renewed
Affectionately your father John Muir
