Dear Mrs Parsons,
I have just received a letter from Helen telling that she is gaining strength steadily & has found a servant who is doing fairly well. Therefore unless you should happen to meet an extra good one without making any regular search give the matter no farthur thought at present.
Tell Mr Gleason when you next see him to get a Hetch Hetchy lecture ready for the mass meeting at the American Museum of Natural History New York November 21st.
With many thanks
faithfully yours
John Muir
