We, my husband & I, have enjoyed reading the books thee has written & published of the California country, & thy travels through them so much alone, except the presence of our Heavenly Father whose beautiful works thee was passing through, & so much

I also read "Boyhood & Youth" & have wondered whether there was some other book between that, & the travels through California, for it stops too abruptly, we want to know more of thy life & of thy parents, & others of the family, who lived & toiled to make the home happy before you had to go forth into the busy world.
