Dear Mr Keeler:
I heartily thank you for your capital Hetch Hetchy letter to the President, & so would every lover of pure wildness who could see it. It is just what is wanted to assure the President that all decent Californians & nature-lovers everywhere who have seen our glorious Yosemite Park or have knowledge of it wish to have it preserved forever. Try to get others to write. A lot of personal letters showing awakening public opinion will gain us the victory over all the money changers & water changers. I hope you can get Pres. & Wheelers help.
With love to your darlings I am ever
Faithfully yours
John Muir
