Sir:
I am in receipt of the Resolution adopted by the directors of the Sierra Club, protesting against the use of the Hetch Hetchy Valley, in the Yosemite National Park, as a reservoir site, and praying that the application of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in the matter, be denied, and in response thereto, I have to state, that the protest will receive due consideration.
