Dear Mr. Muir,
Here I am [illegible] again at my old post, after a most beautiful vacation. Indianapolis--home--never seemed so dear before. There is much to tell you and one of these near Sundays I am coming up if I may, but think I will mail two or three [illegible] until I can get hold of Mina Thompson. I have some little remembrances in which Janet sent to the children.
When the fruit is ripe will you not send me a box of peaches & pears, each? This is an order to please enclose bill or else send C. O. D. I'm positively hungry for some of the fruit.
02010
Did you hear of the cyclone which struck near school this summer?
Hoping you are all well & expecting to see you soon, I am
Ever sincerely,
Katharine Graydon.
My love to the family.
