My dear Sellers
I was just about to write to you to find out how you were enjoying yourselves when your farewell letter reached me. Boo! I feel bad but the chance of your coming next June tempers the trouble to some extent. I'm glad you had a good time anyhow. I saw Keith last Friday. He is making money & fine pictures. There is a very pretty bit of landscape nicely framed for you, but we wanted to give you your choice of several. If you dont come in June we will choose it for you & send it Michigan Avenue. Kind regards to Frank. Mrs M. & Mrs. Strentzel hope you will yet come.
Ever yours
