Dear Sir-
I have not, I am sorry to say, any record of temperature & weather of this place – nor do I know of any having been kept hereabouts. The highest temp. that I have observed at the ranch is 105° on the north side of a wooden building. The lowest 28°. The young vines are never nipped by frost in the spring. The first light frosts in the fall usually kill the grape leaves at the bottom of the Valley some time in December Sorry that I have nothing more [definite?] I am truly yours
