Prof. John Muir
Dear Sir_
Myself and others expect to send a committee to the coast of Alaska to look for a lead-gold-mine that can be bought.
If you will kindly give us some information where to look for such property we will remember you with a block of full-paid stock in our Co. when organized and will also thank you for such information as you choose to give.
Without other apology for this familiarity I will say that the excitement of gold discovery prompts acts otherwise discourteous.
Yours truly
Flavel Simonson
