I should like very much to say cousins but Im afraid you might think it too cheekie Thank you very much for your Photo you so kindly left for me, It is very like you & I.

prize it very much & am so pleased to have it. I am 'also very glad to have seen the original" I m only sorry I s[illegible] so little of you, that is the one dis-advantage of being an "old maid" Had I had a house of my own - I could have entertained you differently - but

I hope now that you have been here & seen your relations, we may meet again, perhaps Mrs Muir may be tempted to come & bring her little girls with her. Mrs [illegible] is going to enclose this in her letter - Should you [illegible] my time be sending her.
