When Yosem [Yosemite] opened [in] light never afterwards touched in centre [center], Here avalanche flood torrents earthquake [Yet] plants to seed fall of delicate life, no chaos no desolation [streas] of gls [glaciers] enormous giving rise to scalp & are of grand kind, gentle word of God song of perfect note swelling higher perfection year by year, by means of [ ] [storms] wh [which] in our ignorance we call fierce & destructive.
