4 Pyrola [Cassiope] [Vaccinium] etc etc. veratrin fine grasses sedges, willows Mtn [mountain] Ash [buttercups] acres of these most lux [ ] Cassiopi in full bloom mats 2 ft thick Had fine view of lake at end of divide gl [glacier] had bergs in it & large flat valley beyond with trees, perhaps discharges to SE into Lynn Canal. The divide is [about] opposite – 3d tributary.
