Yo [Yosemite] of [Mid] Fork San Joa [Joaquin] much larger & grander in every way than Merced yo [Yosemite], Gls [glaciers], lofty peaks widespread streams infinite var [variety] of veg [vegetation] animals, grouse, deer, bears, wild sheep, squirrels, etc . Fine harmonies now being sung by [tuned] [rills] innumerable Glorious [sculpture] [domed] & [spired] & peaked
