I notice several Canadians amongst the recruits.The town & all along the coast line is being guarded by the Territorials The Territorials are men raised in place of the old volunteers.We dont see much shipping here now, everything appears to be at a standstill a few war vessels cruise about here and watch the Forth,I hope the war will soon be over.With sincere thanks & good wishesI amyours faithfullyThomas F.
