I got the one inclosing your picture, you in dignified robes, which I think is splendid, and also the letter writton just before sailing. I wish we could liave helped you, but anyway I hope you are having a fine voyage and feel rested after all your hard work. Congratulations on the Yosemite book, when is it to come out? Buel and I think of you every day and wonder whore you are and if you are all right.I do hope you meet nice interesting people for your traveling companions, and that you keep well.We are back here at Wanda,s for a little while longer, and then wo will be in a home of our own. We have bought a pretty little bungalow in Hollywood, and will live there this winter at least. We have wanted a home of our own ever since we wore married, and we dont want to go back to Daggett. Buel has been looking for a good cattle ranch, but so far we have found nothing we liked that was also within our moans. So we found this new bungalow that suits us, and we will live three there till we find some other place we would rather live. Besides being a lovely. little h.;mo for us, it is also a good investment. I will stay here till it is entirely finished, and we can move right in. This will "be in a few weeks. Buel goes down there Sunday, Wo can have our paintings there, and our books, and it is a nice place to live. The baby is thriving and seems to have a very happy disposition and is always ready to smile and laugh. Every one thinks he is a wonder of goodnees and smartness, and he is such a pretty lettle boy and has such sweet little ways. He is now seven months old. I am fooling fine and in05103
