the deal day before yesterday (Saturday)My office informs me that the business that I was attending to in San Francisco last January may & probably will require me to go there again early in June & I shall bring my wife with me & then make our promised visit. Am sorry you & Mr Keith could not have come down here this winter as it has been very delightful, in fact the pleasantest winter we ever spent here, and we would have made you both have a royal time, as it has been a series of private-car & tallyho excursions of which, had you been here, you would have been an important part.Remember us kindly to Mr & Mrs Keith and your dear "mother-in-law". We expect to leave tomorrow night & would be glad to get a line from you[Sincerely?]A H Sellers
