Daggett, Cal.April 16 - 08Dear Papa -This is another fine day and we are all well and happy. I looked for a letter from you or Wanda yesterday, but got nothing, so I decided that you were probably talking over house trades and would let me know as soon as anything was decided.Paul Elder & Co. sent you a copy of your Parks, from Boston, a few days ago. What do you want done with it - shall I keep it till you come down here ag[ain?]You'll see [b?]y the inclosed slips that my Club dues should be paid. Im sending them to you as I thought you would probably see Mr Colby, and so save me bothering with an order.I must get this in the mail now, so good-bye for today.Lovingly yoursHelen04138
