Martinez Aug. 24/01My dear SellersWe are all delighted to hear from you once more after so long a silence & to learn you are business free while yet all your feelings are young still unspoiled, able to love nature - able to see God. Hurrah!! I'm downright glad Now we will see more of you. That is a sad story of Mrs Sellers family. I devoutly hope & pray that rest in the cottage in Wisconsin will restore her health The greater ones sympathy & lovingkindness in this world of ours the greater are our pleasures & the greater our pains
