But if you do happen to have anything in shape such that you could send it, it would be particularly acceptable now: for Noah Brooks and W. H. Rideing, both of whom solemnly and repeatedly promised to get copy to me in time for February issue, have neither of them appeared, and I do not see how I can possibly [deleted: get] wait more than three or four days more, and yet I don’t dare to go to press without some important person in my table of
