Introduction/Context/Diagnosis

This is a clinical case demonstrating the management of anterior tooth trauma. This case follows the treatment of a patient who presented with multiple fractured teeth after a fall. There are various treatment options to restore fractured teeth and this case highlights the use of indirect restorations and the important considerations regarding esthetics and vitality testing of teeth after trauma.

Methods/Treatment Plan

Multiple fractured anterior teeth were restored using indirect restorations, a stayplate, and implant placement.

Results/Outcome

Successful esthetics and function were restored by using an interdisciplinary approach to treat the multiple fractured teeth in this case.

Significance/Conclusions

There are a variety of treatment options to restore fractured teeth depending on the extent of the fracture. These treatment options are discussed in this case as well as the important considerations for esthetics and vitality of the anterior teeth involved to create a comprehensive and achievable treatment plan.
