Abstract
The purposes of this study are (1) to determine whether strength training during the in-season is beneficial for dynamic strength retention purposes, and (2) to determine which type of strength training program is most effective in maintaining dynamic strength levels acquired during the off-season as determined by the 1-BM scores from the bench press.
