Abstract
Many people want to exercise and eat healthier, but they often do not know how to build a workout plan that fits their goals and schedule. There is a lot of fitness information online, but it can be confusing or too general, especially for beginners. Because of this, it is hard for users to turn that information into a simple and practical routine.
This project introduces WellnessChat, a web based application that helps users create a personalized workout and nutrition plan through a guided conversation. The system asks users about their fitness goal, number of workout days, session length, and diet preference, and then generates a plan based on their answers. The focus of this project is to make the process simple, clear, and easy to follow. Overall, this project shows how a chat based system can make wellness guidance more organized and more accessible for users.
