Evaluation of Triazolylcyclohexanes as Potential Conformational Switches
Introduction/Abstract
Amino-cyclohexanol derivatives have been successful models for acid-triggered conformational switches. The triazolyl-group may be a promising part of such compounds, because it allows an easy attachment of various substituents.
