Stockton, California - A view of an ocean-gong freighter at the Port of Stockton. Seven ocean-going vessels of the largest AMM type can be berthed at one time. The 77 nautical mile deep water channel is maintained at a minimum depth of 32 feet, while the minimum bottom width is 250 feet. This is the transportation focal point of California's Central Valley region.
