Abstract
AdvisorLink is a two-sided digital marketplace designed to connect entrepreneurs and small business owners with trusted professional advisors, including CPAs, business attorneys, and consultants. The platform addresses a critical gap in the small business ecosystem by simplifying access to reliable, affordable, and high-quality expertise. Through a centralized interface, users can search for advisors, compare services and pricing, communicate directly, and book consultations efficiently. Advisors maintain control over their offerings, creating a flexible and competitive environment that benefits both sides of the marketplace. The business operates on a hybrid revenue model that includes monthly subscriptions from business users, transaction-based commissions, and optional premium visibility fees for advisors. This structure ensures diversified and scalable income streams while aligning incentives across participants. Market research indicates strong demand, driven by the growing number of small businesses and the challenges they face in finding trustworthy and cost-effective professional support. AdvisorLink’s marketing strategy focuses on digital advertising, content creation, partnerships, and referral programs to attract and retain users. Organized as an LLC, the company emphasizes compliance, data security, and advisor vetting to maintain platform integrity. With a lean organizational structure and clear growth strategy, AdvisorLink is positioned to scale effectively and enhance business decision-making nationwide.
