Abstract
Course Description: This presentation will be beneficial for those who know they want to do a residency but have difficulty with the question: is this residency right for me? The session will criticize the intricacies of residency requirements that can lead to burnout and unhappiness. Students will be able to reflect on their own needs and how they align with their desired residency.
