Abstract
The population of interest is Hispanic individuals and familiaes managing diabetes. Purpose: Close gaps in health literacy, daily routine-building, and family engagement through OT-designed tools and resources. Advocate for integration of OT into multidisciplinary diabetes-care teams, expanding access to holistic self-management support.
