UC Faculty Authors of Open Access Educational Resources: Taking Action for a More Equitable & Affordable Student Experience Hear from faculty who are concerned about high-priced educational materials that do not even meet their curricular needs have been creating open access educational resources. Learn about how these materials can reduce cost for students, give instructors more control over the content they assign, and provide accessible resources to learners and institutions around the world. Hear from faculty who use and create open educational resources, what support they have (or would want), and about the impact on their pedagogical practices that positively impact their students’ academic and personal well-being.
