Dear Mr Johnson
I send you herewith 3 photographs of destructive work among the Sequoias of Kings River which may I think be useful amunition in the coming fight on forest preservation. I have already written 12000 [words?] on Kings River Yosemite though the Middle Fork Yosemite has yet to be described. I will go over it again & cut down as much as possible though I fear the article will be awfully rawboned at the 8,000 word limit. Ever
