There is a man that wants to buy the west ½ of lot 6 b20 & he wants $400.00 at 10 per cent interest to be secured by morgage [sic] as you spoke to me about loaning and money. The property is free from incumbrance [sic] as I seen the abstract on said lot. If you will let him have the money and I will make out morgage [sic] and send it to you so you can see that it is correct & then return to me so I can have him sign & make him pay all expenses & recording same so that it does not cost you any lawyers fee. If you do not wish to let him have the money please let me know so I can get it from the Building & Loan Society. Respectfully yours Francis George.
