Valona June 15th 1910 Mr. John Muir In reply to your letter of the 12 will say that the price paid for lot 3 Block 17 was $100.00 which was paid on April 13th 06 to be used for Fire department. The list price at that time was 225.00. As to lot 3 B35 would think it to be worth 275.00 cash or 300.00 on installments. Also attached see sketch of lots with description of lot marked this lot for Mrs. Gerz
