Valona March 11th, 10 Mr. John Muir Martinez, Calif. My Dear Sir, Is there not a mistake in your sketch, as there would be 10 lots in Ongrarski’s [?] block. Or was that lot sold on Wanda St rear of Ongrarski if not. The one that is wanted is marked this X the price list calls for $500.00. [Drawn diagram] As to my note I would like to pay it off so as not to have that mortgage [sic] again if I can get my affairs settled. I have written to Mr. Fields Secretary of the Loan Commission under the supervision of the Bank Commissioners and have written the Bank Commissioners & they advised me to see an attorney. So will try to come to Martinez Monday morning & see Mr. Tinning if he can not get it settled through the bank. Yours truly Francis George
