Valona Sept 29th 02 Mr. John Muir. Dear Sir Enclose Ck no 34 of $201.25 please credit on lot 2 B20and have deed made out & recorded in favor of Frank Valikonis lot 2 block 20. The Preist [sic] of the Catholic Church has been after me in regards to the walk on the east side of Port St. If you have a walk put in fronts of lots 3 Block J which would be 70 ft. about & lot 4 B.J. 50 ft & lot 4 B36. 50 ft and […] walk in front of lot 4 B36 would have to be raised about 5 ft to bring it on a level with the road. As I have stated before there is a walk on the west side of Port Street from the railroad to the Catholic Church and it could be put in fair condition for about $10. But it is as you dictate if you wish to have me put walks in front of those lots I will do so. Respectfully yours Francis George
