How is it about lot 1 & lot 2 B.H. are they for sale. Valona Feb. 18th 1901 Mr. John Muir Dear Sir As I understand Mrs. Muir that it is her intention to put that piece of Gr[…] in front of the school house into a park. Now if I am right, I want to make arrangements to take what water there is also. To do so I must have a piece of Gr […] to put the pump plant on, & not to cut up the ground for park. I thought to take that tryangle [sic] north of Wada [?] & West of Port Sts which is back of Quill’s [?] place. I am in hopes yet to make a success of the water business, will you sell it to me for that purpose. (Or I will have no objection whatever for you to make out a deed and give it to me) as it is only for that purpose that I bought it. Respectfully yours Francis George
