I enclose herewith [illegible] for $500.00 [Sep?] exchanges You will acknowledge receipt to me & settle for it with mother as soon as recd all well hope it may reach you in time have you sold my farm yet? Is it not time to pay tax? Did you work $100.00 worth on my places or do you owe ‘Mr some’ if so how much? I don’t want any money but would like to know with best wishes to you all Yours truly D Muir [illegible]
