Daggett, Cal. Jane 1, 1911.Dear Papa:-Your two letters dated May 23 and 26th were both received and we were so glad to hear from you. All goes well here with us - the little boy is growing every day and is so bright and sweet and good-natured. He notices something new all the time and enjoys being outdoors. We have a hammock under the cottonwood tree at the west side of the house and I take him out there whenever it is still. We have had very cool weather for this time of the year so far and a great deal of wind, but I hope that is almost over for this season. Today is nice and warm.Lovingly as always[illegible]05030
